Th Sony HDR-CX110 camcorder performs pretty well given its size, with video quality ranging from good to excellent. A downside to the Panasonic HD 3D camcorder, however, is that to record 3D you will have to buy the Panasonic VW-CLT1 3D camcorder lens for an extra $200. The performance of this camcorder is identical to XL H1 and its manual control suite is purely excellent.

Estou com problemas no envio de notificação, os agentes não recebem nenhuma notificação.
Versão: 3.2.6
servidor: windows server 2003 R2.
Já fiz todas as configurações no perfil do agentes, e no sendmail, mas não funciona.
O que posso fazer para resolver??

Acabei de configurar o OTRS 3.2 no windows server 2008, sou nova com as configurações do OTRS então gostaria de saber como faço para permitir aos usuários do sistema alterar a senha no primeiro acesso, pois esta opção não está disponível quando os novos usuários logam no sistema.
